Using Estimator & Render Job
Before starting the final render, you must give the system some information such as the GPU specifications and the time per frame. You cannot do the Render Job without completing this information. The Estimator will ask you for 2 pieces of information: Octanebench Score and Time Per Frame. You can go to this link again for more information.
OCTANE BENCH SCORE
If you know the Octane Score of GPU(s) in your computer, you can enter to this field. If you do not know, there are two ways to find out. First download Octanebench software from this link. After the download is finished, install, and run it. The software will measure the power of your GPU(s) over some pre-made scenes and will determine your OctaneBench score.
TIME PER FRAME
This value is used for estimating how long your scene is rendered on your computer and how much OB/Hours will be spent accordingly.
RENDER YOUR JOB
After these settings are finished, the “Render Job” icon at the bottom will be active. If everything looks correct, you can start the job by pressing this icon.
