BUG REPORTS AND LOG OUTPUTS
Should you experience an application crash, a bugreport will be generated. You can locate that report and send us the “_bugreports/_BugReport.zip” for the related scene from “Preferences” directory. Provide any information you can about how to reproduce the issues. The illustration below shows how to find the report.
Activate the log options to monitor the processes. The plugin will write a log text file from these operations. Send in the log output file which is named as “C4Doctanelog.txt”.
Check the render statistics from CONSOLE output.
