第七章 开始直播
    Chapter 7 Going Live
    顾朝昔的斗斗直播号叫只争朝夕。
    Carol Green created a broadcast account called “Carpe Diem” on DikDik Live.
    试了试直播设备，感觉没问题后，顾朝昔开始了准备工作，作为新人主播她没有能量和成名已久的大主播竞争，前期的时间肯定要避开直播的高峰期，一般早上六点前可以，但今天送顾朝阳去学校耽搁了些时间，她退而求其次，选了中午十二点大家都在吃饭或者午休的时候。
    After testing the software, Carol was thinking ahead for live streaming. As a new-comer, she could not match most-followed streamers with much experience. In the early stage, she could stream at 6 a.m. to have the least amount of competition. Yet, the best period was missed, for she took her brother Cyrus to school this morning. Thus, she chose the midday, when people were having meals or taking rests.
    直播间取名——来自古代的才女。
    The title was “Travelling Through Time with a Skilled Ancient Lady”.
    培训课上说，名字要奇，要能够吸引人。
    Carol learned from training courses that stream titiles should be unusual and attractive.
    直播设备打开，顾朝昔确认在镜头前看不到自己的脸后，才放心下来。
    Getting the studio running, Carol checked that her face was not revealed on camera.
    不是不露脸，只是要挑好时机。
    She was waiting the right moment to show it.
    “大家好，我是主播只争朝夕，做为一个来自古代的女人，生存实在不易，所以只能给各位看官表演一段二胡，希望大家能够喜欢。”
    “Hello everybody, welcome to my channel “Carpe Diem”. For a woman from the past, it is hard to make a living in modern society. Today I would like to play a melody with a string instument. Enjoy.”
    也许是有人中午比较闲，直播间刚开播就来了十几个人。一瞬间评论里也有了几条留言。
    As people were less busy at noon, a dozen came to watch soon. At the same time, a few comments popped up.
    顾朝昔倍受鼓舞。
    Carol was enormously heartened.
    “小姐姐的手好白，这手爱了爱了。”一个叫爱江山更爱美人的访客道。
    “The host got smooth fair hands. I love it.” A visiter said, whose username read “Prefer Beauty to Power”.
    “手玩年系列啊。”
    “What stunning hands!”
    “是开了滤镜吗？”
    “Is she using filters?”
    “楼上说什么傻话，直播哪有不开滤镜的。”
    “Don’t be so naive. How could a streamer say no to filters?”
    “小姐姐你来自古代吗？【捂嘴笑】”
    “Do you travel from the past?[Blushing Face With Hand Over Mouth emoji]”
    随意揉了几下弦，顾朝昔为了今天的直播特意搞了一身古装。
    Carol was fiddling with strings. To stream the event, she prepared a traditional outfit.
    她本是来自大魏朝的人，穿上这身古装，虽然看不见脸，但是身姿气质都是绝佳。
    In the ancient costume, the woman from the Winand Dynasty was strikingly graceful.
    “哇哦，小姐姐这身材我又可以了！”直播间有人惊呼。
    “Wow! I love her body shape!” Another watcher said.
    “都安静点，小姐姐要开始了。”
    “Hush, she is performing.”
    顾朝昔拉得是《左手指月》，这段二胡她扒过。之所以选它，是因为这曲子被电视剧带得大火，也很能出意境，难度倒是不高。
    What Carol chose was Upwards to the Moon, a sound track from the series Ashes of Love, which had been notated by her before. The music piece was not hard to play, but audiences were more likely to be engaged by the popular song.
    伴奏一响起，直播间的评论立时多了起来。
    Boosted comments followed the backing track.
    “左手指月啊！”
    “Upwards to the Moon!”
    “香蜜女孩报道。”
    “I’m a big fan of the drama.”
    顾朝昔二胡拉得很投入，轻柔又揪心的弦乐轻易地将人拉入了那个神话世界，纤细白腻的手指规律地在琴弦上滑动，腰身跟着节奏微微晃动，瓷白的皮肤闪耀着别样的光彩。
    Carol was playing attentively: her elongate and slim fingers sliding on the strings smoothly, her figure swaying slightly to the rhythm, and her fair skin glowing. The music was so soft and sad that online watchers were basking in the fantasy.
