foreigner 這個詞有負面含義（negative connotations）,有時有歧視意味（racist undertones）
    說foreigner時給人感覺在說外地人，沒有那麼友好的感覺。
    所以，當想說foreigner時，可以明確說清楚國籍，不清楚國籍可以說
    international/overseas + description:
    international students/tourists (international + …)
    overseas investors(overseas + …)
    people from other/different countries
    non-Chinese people
    expat 外籍人士
    immigrant 移民
    newcomer 新來者

    在不是描述人的情況下，是可以用foreign的
    e.g. foreign universities
    foreign languages
    foreign investment
    foreign currency
    foreign product
