  • Dunno （非正式用語，口語中使用；或者書面語的非正式表達）
    • e.g. Where are we exactly? 我們到底在什麼地方？-Dunno. 不知道。
  • I have no idea./I haven’t got a clue./Not a clue. (用於沒有任何關於這個問題的信息無法猜到答案時)
    • e.g. What time does the film start? 電影什麼時候開始？-I have no idea. Why don’t you call the cinema? 不清楚，你為什麼不打電話問電影院呢？
  • It beats me. （這個問題把我難倒了，我不知道不明白的意思，it可省去）
    • e.g. It beats me how she got the job. 我不明白她是怎麼得到這份工作的。
  • It’s beyond me. (超出我的理解範圍，我不懂，我不知道的意思)
    • e.g. It’s beyond me why she is always late. 我不明白為什麼她老是遲到。
  • Not as far as I know (當認為某件事可能是真的，但又不確定的情況下使用這個表達)
    • e.g. Has James left the company? I haven’t seen him for ages. James離開公司了嗎？我好久都沒見到他了。-Not as far as I know, but I haven’t seen him recently either. 我不知道呢，我也很久沒見他了。
