If you fail to receive the email from WePiggy, please do the following:
- Make sure that the email address you filled in when setting the Reminder is correct;
2. Please try to find it in your spam or other folders;
3. You can add WePiggy’s sending domain wepiggy.io to the White List;
4. If none of the above methods work, please enter the community and contact the admins for consultation
How to Whitelist
1. Gmail
Step 1: Log in to your Google Mail
Step 2: Go to the settings - click the 【Settings】button on the top right
Step 3: Go to the【Filters and Blocked Addresses】tab
Step 4: Click the【Create a new filter】button
Step 5: Add the email address below in the “From” field and press “Create a filter with this search” button.

Step 6: Check the box “Never send it to spam” and then create the filter.
2. Outlook
Step 1: Log in to Outlook (web browser).
Step 2: Turn off the beta version
Step 3: Click on 【Settings】-【View All Outlook settings】
Step 4: Select 【Mail】-【Junk email】-【Safe senders and domains】
Step 5: Click 【Add】and put in one email address, press Enter button and add the following email addresses to the list and make sure to click 【Save】button after you finish adding them.
