How to use OpenSea to buy/sell NFT

You need to make the following preparations:

2. Deposit sufficient funds in your wallet address (OpenSea supports ETH/DAI/USDC) and ETH used as fees

1. How to buy NFT

1. Log in to the opensea website

Use a browser that supports MetaMask, such as Chorme or Firefox, and enter the address https://opensea.io/ to visit OpenSea

2. Connect wallet

Click the icon in the upper right corner and sign in to your MetaMask wallet.

3. Create OpenSea account

After connecting to the wallet, OpenSea will automatically create an account for the user

4. Search NFT

Enter the name of the NFT you want to buy in the search box and click Enter, such as FlyingPiggy, then all the FlyingPiggy NFTs listed will appear

Note:
Only the NFT with the displayed price is the NFT that is on the pending order.
There are several ways to place the order.
Price：Fixed price
Best Offer：Auction
Min Bid：Auction with minimum bid restrictions

Here is an example of buying a fixed price NFT.

5. Buy NFT

Select the NFT in the pending order and click the “Buy Now” button

5. Confirm purchase

Tick to agree to the purchase agreement and click “Checkout”

6. Verified email

Fill in the email address and nickname for OpenSea email authentication

7. Complete the purchase

After the authentication is completed, you will get the purchased NFT, and the user name will also become the nickname you set

2. How to sell NFT

1. Choose the NFT for sale

After logging in, click on the user avatar in the upper right corner, and then select the NFT you want to sell

2. Sell NFT

Click the “Sell” button on the NFT page

3. Set the selling method and price

Set the selling method, the currency and the price of the payment, and then click the “Post Your Listing” button to complete the listing

There are many methods to sell, such as fixed price, auction, etc
Take liting an order to sell FlyingPiggy at a fixed price of 12 ETH as an example

4. On sale

After listing the pending order successfully, wait for other people to buy the NFT. If you want to remove it, you can click the “Price Drop” button.
