The failure to connect to the WePiggy APP may be caused by your mobile’s network DNS being blocked. If you are using your mobile network, you can connect to the WIFI and try again. If the connection fails when using WIFI, you can try to change the DNS setting of your WIFI
How to change the DNS
Step 1: open the settings on the phone, click “WLAN”
Step 2: Find the WIFI you are using, press and hold or click the exclamation mark on the right to open the detailed settings (Depending on your mobile phone system)
Step 3: Change the [IP setting] in the WIFI detailed setting to [Static]
Step 4: Enter 8.8.8.8 in DNS and save
