1. flame sensor[index] detected flame?
Determines whether the specified flame sensor detects a flame
How to Use
Flame sensors determine the presence and strength of flames by detecting Infrared radiation (IR).
The number in this block indicates the place of a flame sensor among the ones connected to Halocode. As shown in the following figure, the number 1 indicates the first flame sensor connected to Halocode, 2 indicates the second one, and so on.
Note: This is a Boolean block that contains a condition. Use it in combination with another block that requires a condition.
Example
After you press the space key, all LEDs on Halocode are lit up in red if the flame sensor detects a flame.
2. flame sensor [index]flame size detected
Reports the flame strength detected by the specified flame sensor
How to Use
Flame sensors determine the presence and strength of flames by detecting Infrared radiation (IR).
Flame strength range: 0–100
You can select the check box on the left of this block to see the flame strength detected by the flame sensor on the stage.
Note: This is a reporter block that must be used in combination with another block requiring data.
Example
After you press the space key, the LED matrix displays the flame strength if the flame sensor detects a flame.
Note: Ensure that you have connected an LED matrix to Halocode.
