When the device can not be connected because the firmware doesn’t work, you can then forcibly burn firmware to restore it to the latest version. This option works for he following devices:

Operation steps:
Take flashing M.A.R.K firmware as an example.
1. Switch Device to M.A.R.K
As shown in the figure below, after switching the device to M.A.R.K in Codecraft, you can see Update the firmware immediately on the interface. Click on this button and the Rescue device window will pop up.
If the device is not connected to the computer, the Force uploading button will be grayed out and unavailable.
2. Computer and hardware connection
Use the USB cable to connect the selected device to the current computer. After the connection is successful, the Force uploading button becomes available, as shown in the figure below.
After continuing, you will enter the upgrade interface, as shown in the figure below. This process may take up to 10 minutes, please be patient.
After Uploading, you will see Upload successfully message. Notice
- Make sure that the device you connect to the computer is the same with the one you select in Codecraft device rescue window. Only in this way, can you forcibly burn device firmware.
- Keep the device connected to the computer during the upload process.
