    2. To be specific, what products are prohibited to be sold to Canada?
    The definition of pesticides and its related products specified by the PCPA and its Regulations has a wide range. Pesticides include all products that are claimed to be able to manage, prevent, kill, attract, repel, or reduce toxicant (such as bacteria, viruses, and other organisms and micro-organisms), and also include any sanitation products that can control toxicant, such as disinfectants and antibacterial products. Pesticide products include, but are not limited to, structural materials, devices and other products, biochemicals and non-conventional products, such as agricultural chemicals, herbicides, pesticides/pest sprays, insect drugs, cockroach control, fungicides, insecticides/insect sprays, weedicides, acaricides, rat poison, rat bait, mosquito repellent liquid/sprays/bracelets, mosquito coils, herbal fragrance, antiseptics, and ultraviolet disinfection/germicidal lamps, etc.

    If the products haven’t been shipped, we recommend you to refund upon agreement with the buyers.
    If the products have been shipped, you can complete the orders normally.
