未能加载文件或程序集

错误信息：未能加载文件或程序集“ToastNotifications, Version=2.5.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=93dcfca1bd14948b”或它的某一个依赖项。找到的程序集清单定义与程序集引用不匹配。

可能是某个文件被锁定不能更新了。
请先卸载旧版，确保c:\program files\quicker文件夹不存在或里面为空，再安装新版。

启动时闪退

部分安装了Windows 10 1903 的09 累积更新（KB4515384）的电脑，会出现闪退情况。
卸载此更新即可。等待微软未来的更新中解决此问题。
