创建服务消费者

项目名称：cloud-consumer-feign-hystrix-order80

鼠标点击父工程项目右击 —> New —> Module

具体创建步骤参考【搭建EurekaServer端服务注册中心】

1.添加pom.xml

3.添加主启动类

4.添加PaymentHystrixService

5.添加OrderHystrixController
