创建服务提供者

项目名称：cloud-provider-hystrix-payment8001

鼠标点击父工程项目右击 —> New —> Module

具体创建步骤参考【搭建EurekaServer端服务注册中心】

1.添加pom.xml

2.添加application.yml

3.添加主启动类
