一、找参考

第一步：找5个对标账号，归纳选题栏目，找出他他们会更新的几大选题。

比如你是做女装的，你就先去5个女装账号
通过他们最近20次更新，就可以总结出他们的选题栏目，也就是归纳他们会更新的那几大类。
比如一个女性账号是可以规划出几个选题栏目的：两性情感，心理成长，女性健康，人际关系，家庭教育。

第二步：依据每个栏目，填写至少5个关键词
每个栏目之下用户的痛点，关注点以及生活场景。
比如说都市青年生活这个栏目可能会包含：聚会，办公室，看电影，表白被拒，小资生活，等等很多关键词
这一步，我们可以用思维导图这个工具来辅助思考更容易想到更多的关键词。

第三步：6选1
从内容的6种输出形式挑选一种
攻略推荐盘点评价（观点）故事，ucg（让用户自发生产内容？你最尴尬的瞬间?）
公式关键词+内容形式=选题

例子英语46级
1.攻略：史上最强英语46级攻略
2.推荐：推荐5款英语学习网站
3.盘点：盘点十大英语46级必考题
4.评价：英语46级真的很重要吗？
5.故事：表哥当年因为46级失去了初恋
6.ucg：征集备课46级时的小趣事

二、三个关键词

1.凑热闹

热点+有价值干货=好的效果（你要在自己专业领域内提前写好一些干货在热点出来的时间才能蹭上）
切入角度不同（你拿不到第一手信息，主流角度都被写了，你再写就没人想看）

2.不随大流

消费程度高的选题，能避免就避免，比如《如何克服拖延症》《12星座的性格》写的人太多了，没人愿意看了。

3.专业挑刺

和用户的日常行为相关，且能戳中痛点。《历数一不小心得罪人的行为》《成年人最羞耻的30个瞬间》扩展面对异性最羞耻的时刻
痛点的本质是恐惧，人的生存机制让人天生去关注与自己有关的，可能会影响自己的内容。
当策划一个选题的时候，要提前考虑一下，它和多少人生活密切相关？
能戳中多少人？
多少人可能感到恐惧？
关注生活的场景的选题，是一个好方向
包含更多人群（才能爆）戳中他们切身相关。
