These are sunflower seeds, we Chinese people just love eating sunflower seeds or peanuts specially during the Spring Festival, we’re gonna spend a lot of time sitting around with our families eating or just snacking on sunflower seeds and to eat those seeds, you can either crack it open with your teeth ,or shell it with your hands.
