    let’s take WeChat as a choice, we scroll up and down to check the messages or chat history.
    If you want to add someone as a friend on WeChat , you can either scan his/her QR code or let him seach your WeChat ID to send you a friend request .
    See I got a friend request from someone, but she seems like a total stranger to me . So I’m gonna reject her friend request .
    But if we accepted the request, we always change the alias to remember who he is.
    And if somebody accepted your friend request to be nice and polite, you’ll want to send him a sticker to say hi .
    By the way, this is the way I usually say hello to a new friend.
