A.Introduction:

1. The link would be unique by channel sales, one sales one link, it could be sent to all potential customers to easily guide register IFMs
2. When the customer registered IFM by this link, it will be defined and assigned to this sale’s private pool directly and automatically

Advantage:
✅Shorten the onboard period from 3days to 30 seconds, help improve efficiency
✅Resource channel won’t apply for the IFM leads with itpleads any more to waste more time on it
✅AM team won’t add the virtual leads at first to keep these leads in their own pool to avoid other channel contact with ICE customers (offer the price)
✅Marketing team could nurture the attendee through email/newsletter to let our potential cusotmers know Alibaba.com feature and guide them register after event organization leverage with this link to monitor the whole process on sales cycle

B. Workflow

1. Go through the entrance by clicking ‘Add leads’ button;
2. Copy and paste the unique link to potential customers which you want to guide register

1. To send the link to potential customers, and guide customer to go through the registeration process.

Note:
If the private pool is full, new IFMs will be distributed failed and it will distributed to another channel.

C.Special Case

Failed to upload to CRM
- Register ≥3 IFM accounts by same IP with different company info at the same time (for example, one sales help more customers register IFMs at the same time), due to there will be risk of fraud, it will be failed to upload into our CRM
- Wrong phone number digits in basic info, it will be failed to unload into CRM
- Company Name≤ 4 words, it will be failed to unload into CRM

Failed to assign to sales
- Duplicate account exists in CRM, but in another channel’s pool (both private and public), it will be merged into that channel’s pool. And it will not be assigned to your CRM.

Note:
1. Ducplicated account **- the 2 lead have the same company name and phone number with the same register country**
2.If there’s a duplicated account in country public pool/global public pool, it will be merged and assigned successfully to your pool
