Submit Ticket
Submit ticket in the CRM Feedback Center if you encounter the following issues.
- Sales-related - Searching for leads, retrieving lead information or performing actions, such as moving leads from your Private Pool to the Public Pool, distributing leads to other colleagues or grading leads
- Order-related - Creating orders, setting up promotions, managing payments or performing customer business verification
- Service-related - Managing in-service customers in Service Pool and viewing GGS customer performance data
