一. Account addition or deletion and account IP isolation:
After software login, click on the left side of the software interfaceAccount add button to add an account.
Click on the added account in “Group/Username”,
If you need to perform IP isolation when adding an account, you can enable “Use Proxy”,
Enter the proxy IP address (the “Proxy IP” address can be purchased from the network service provider to obtain the “Proxy IP”, or you can contact us to purchase;) and log in,
Each store can go to a different IP for isolation（图1）.
Or click the import button to batch import the pre-filled “account import template” to batch import multi-platform and multi-store accounts into the software. (Account import template can be obtained by clicking import button如图2）

二. Account group settings:
2.1 Click on the left side of the softwareGroup button, click Add and enter the name of the setting to save（图3、图4**）.

2.1 If you need to delete a group, you can check the group in the group and click the delete button（图5）.

2.2 After setting up a group, in the group when adding accounts, select the group to group the accounts, or click the undivided or grouped account under the group/user name, and then clickEdit button to group the added accounts in the group column （图6）.

三. **Customize and add bookmarks for frequently used web pages
Click Bookmark Manager，You can customize the announcement bookmark library, click to add custom bookmark icon style and bookmark name, add URL and check the display in the bookmark bar to display the saved bookmarks at the top of the chat interface. The platform exclusive bookmark library, the operation is the same.（图7）

四.Mark the buyer or mark as unread
Click on the buyer account in the shopee platform“…”You can mark buyers, mark them as unread, or delete conversations.（图8**）

五. Interface refresh
Click the refresh button on the left side of the software interfaceYou can refresh the entire interface, or right-click the interface“Reload”To refresh the current interface, right-click the interface and click“Back”Can return to the previous operation interface.
