1、What kind of person you are/what’s your weakness and strength ?
优点:Core Competence/personal Strength/particular Merit 点明优点+举例: I have a warm heart, have a good team spirit, and I also have a stable personality and high sense of responsibility. I will complete the task that I am responsible for, even if I had little experience for it. I will stick to the work until it gets done. It feels like a big accomplishment to finish a assignment that i am responsible for.
缺点: weaknesses/shortcoming 点明缺点, 选择具有两面性的特点, 并尽量包装成优势 I am introverted sometimes and not good at socializing, which makes me prefer to study or doing research instead of doing socializaition although I could be talkive However, I’m also trying to spent some time on making socializaiton with others, For example, I tried to share my works, my studys with others from the internet, to improve my social skills which will be helpful for me sometime int the future because i know that communicating with others is also essential for myself and my future development
I think my I could be a little bit obsessive sometimes, and I will not stop my job until it is well done. AlthoughI will spend more time and energy and others, I feel everything is worth it when I see the result of my work. of course, I hope I could spend more time on time management and improve efficiency while pursuing quality.

家乡: I come from LC city, a small but fascinating city with a long history, Where a huge lake lying in the middle of it, and rivers and canal going by. And that’s the reason why is also called the water city in the north of the yangzi river. I think the city combines the advantage both of the north and the source. and it taught me that I also could extract the essence and discard the dross when I’m facing some alternatives in our life.
家庭: I personally have a nice but not big family where there are just three people, my father, my mother and me. We have a really nice and harmonies relationship in our family, my parents are both workers and what I Learn from them is that work hard and you will get a rewarded.

- How do you plan to study for your graduate programme?
Well, firstly I’m going to draw a useful research plan and a precise time schedule, to avoid wasting time in my postgraduate years.
Then , I will get myself familiar with the latest development of this area by reading books and journals, hoping that I can form a systematical view of psychology. Thirdly, I’ll learn several methods of psychology with your guidance because in my opinion studying methods for research is of great importnace.
