An Open Petition to President Biden

Dear Mr. President,

I am a former FDA reviewer. I recently whistleblew to you and provided evidence of FDA officials approving a drug that did not work where the FDA admitted I was right as to the lack of efficacy, and where documents show the FDA also knew this was likely a class effect and that these drugs kill people. I also provided evidence of fraud involving safety assessments, with infants being killed by these same drugs being given to pregnant and/or breastfeeding women. As well as evidence of an attempt to kill US troops during war with nerve agents. I also discussed available documentary evidence of widespread racketeering and crimes that carry the death penalty.

I was fired for reporting crimes internally, to Congress, the HHS IG, and the FBI. As well as for exercising my First Amendment rights to protect my own life and other patients, and to report a discussion to rig an advisory committee meeting so as to allow children with ADHD, including my own child, to be maimed or killed.

Mr. Biden, I now openly petition you for redress to clean up the FDA and other government entities, hold people accountable, defend and protect whistleblowers, defend our Constitutional rights and our lives, and to make me whole. In order to as you have said ‘demonstrate with your actions and not empty words’ that you will follow the science, defend integrity, defend the Constitution, and protect Americans from corrupt public officials and the narrow special interests they serve.
