Whether in your home or out and about, you cannot get far away from a computer. Research by Cisco shows that by 2008 there were more devices connected to the internet than people on the planet. Now, for every person, there are more than six connected devices. That gives you some idea of the reach of computers, but how much do you understand about how they work and what they do?
