scala-shell

启动方式： ./bin/start-scala-shell.sh local
启动scala-shell时容易报错“Exception in thread “main” java.io.IOException: Unable to open BLOB Server in specified port range: 6124”，这是因为flink启动的环境与scala-shell启动环境参数不一致的问题。
当使用docker-compose部署时，flink所处的环境是yarn，则启动的方式应该为 ./bin/start-scala-shell.sh yarn
