Recently, The coronavirus has spread rapidly as the result of many companies have to chose online-office to ensure the normal operation of the company’s business. But they have no successful experience used it. This is my opinions for better organizing online-office.
    Firstly, the team should choose a suitable online software as the basis for online work. Project progress management can use Tower or Taped, etc. Project code management can use Github or Gitlab, etc.
    Secondly, it is very important that each team member clearly knows the goals and dead-line of the project. So, the project managers need to plan the short-term and long-term goals of the project, and to divide the project tasks according to the clear goal.
    Finally, the PMs need to establish a fair evaluation system that can objectively show the contribution of each project member. At the same time, each member can also be given some freedom without bind their ability.
