First, let me introduce a few business nouns. ToC(to consuner) and ToB(to business) are two business models. The meaning of ToC is that the service target of a product form the company is the consumer. ToB’s target is business. For example, the users of WeChat is the public peoples, and the users of Dingding is the enterprises or the organizations.
Why the ToB business is so hot in China recently?
First, China’s consumer market is very strong. Entrepreneurs shouldn’t compete with traditional giants such as WeChat or Taobao at the begining.
Second, many traditional Chinese companies are facing with the diffculty of developent now. They are dying to use new technologies such as the Internet, 5G, AI, big data, and blockchain to help themselves optimize products, reduce costs, and improve their market competitiveness.
Above all, The Chinese government supports the development of ToB in order to develop the economy.
Therefore, I think business model of ToB is a big opportunity for starting a business now.
