napi delete reference

NAPI_EXTERN napi_status napi_delete_reference(napi_env env, napi_ref ref);

• [in] env: The environment that the API is invoked under.
• [in] ref: napi_ref to be deleted.

Returns napi_ok if the API succeeded.

This API deletes the reference passed in.

This API can be called even if there is a pending JavaScript exception.
