1， IOS版本

本次替换必须使用统一的IOS版本：cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.07.03.E.152-3.E3.bin，
下载后IOS 大小为：322,991,728 bytes，如下载后字节数错误请重新下载。

2， U盘灌入IOS

将IOS复制到U盘，插入U盘到3850，有些U盘无法识别，最好多拿两个U盘，建议采用文件系统为FAT32的U盘；
使用copy usbflash0: flash:灌入IOS：

Copy完后注意检查字节数是否正确，并利用交换机自带MD5校验与官网 MD5值对比：
官网IOS MD5值如下：

交换机自带MD5校验命令如下：（时间稍长）

两者对比相同后才可升级IOS；如不一致，请重新下载，灌入，校验IOS。

3， 管理口灌入IOS

如无法使用U盘，请使用FTP灌入IOS，此处3850-12S利用管理口（RJ45）灌入IOS，灌入方式如下：
配置电脑与G0/0（管理口） 在同一网段，确保通信正常：
Switch#ping vrf Mgmt-vrf 1.1.1.1
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 1.1.1.1, timeout is 2 seconds:

4，使用3CD软件灌入IOS：

强烈建议使用U盘灌入IOS，降低灌入错误率，减少灌入时间。

5， 升级IOS
