conda创建虚拟环境时报错：

    根据搜索得到的解决办法：

    1. 添加环境变量

    Windows Users need to set below paths:

    • ..\Anaconda3
    • ..\Anaconda3\scripts
    • ..\Anaconda3\Library\bin

    1. 复制DLL文件

    copied the following files libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll libssl-1_1-x64.dll from D:\Anaconda3\Library\bin to D:\Anaconda3\DLLs.
    —— 无效，有人说复制后电脑重启，也无效

    最开始跟着某博客加了个清华源，无效。
    —— 根据这个博客添加源后修改.condarc中的内容。解决√
    ——后面还是出了这个问题，在安装pytorch的时候。因为花了太多时间在配置环境上，没继续查怎么解决了，换成下载安装torch的whl文件。
    ——换清华源官方网站提供的方式，解决√
