问题：

新电脑win10，下载WebStorm后，激活码（未过期）输入后报错：this license xxx has been cancelled

解决：

1、把以下内容，添加到hosts文件中，文件路径（C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts）：

  1. 0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com
  2. 0.0.0.0 www.jetbrains.com

2、重新打开WebStorm，重新输入激活码，启动成功。
