We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will
1. Responsible for developing effective relationships with business units at a regional or local level.
2. Ensures that required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business.
3. Accountable for on target delivery of MSS (Markets and Security Services) development projects to support local /regional business objectives. Establish and maintain service level agreements and are a point of contact concerning service issues.
4. Add value to the business by providing pro-active consultancy and expertise in IT across all disciplines and bring IT concepts and solutions to the business management teams which improve the running of the business.
5. Play the Relationship Manager role to bridge all HOST functions with the MSS businesses as well as Global & Asia Pacific DBS teams, and to facilitate dialogue with right parties, including senior executives and resolve problems. Help business functions to maximize the commercial values out of the investments, working with them to identify and realize opportunities to grow business income and achieve operational efficiency gains.
6. Provide project coordination and system expertise to support the delivery of GBM related projects in accordance with both group and local requirement.
7. Actively build and maintain external relationship with local exchanges and clearing houses in order to have better view of market and technology changes in China.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
1. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably at a major management consulting firm or financial institution.
2. Technical background. Hands on experience in either programming, system testing, supporting or IT system architect/leads. Be able to communicate with Dev team smoothly, e.g. familiar with common technical jargons, terms etc.
3. Knowledge of the financial services industry; preferably in an investment bank with IT background with sales or trading, finance, operations
4. With intensive technical exposure of banking and distributed systems. It’s plus if having experiences with vendor solutions widely used in industry, such as Summit, Calypso, FIX,etc.
5. Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
6. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
7. Strong analytical and problem solving/process improvement skills; ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
8. Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
9. Overall experience in hands-on project management, specifically in information technology-related projects essential, and preferably supporting financial services businesses.
10. Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC) , System Development Life cycle (SDLC) components, Agile project management 敏捷開發, and knowledge of DevOps
11. MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
12. Self motivated and team player.
