[Remote] 对UX有热情的前端工程师

薪资：100W内，80% 现金 + 20% token (比例可谈)需要【杭州】现场工作6个月后才可以remote，work from anywhere
知名web3项目方
试用期3个月，薪资不打折，12薪，base高。
英语读写要求，能大概听懂会议。口语好加分，不是必须项。
前端react，vue都有用到，面试不看框架，最好2个都有用过，精通其一。
面试：

  1. 2 hrs online test (开放题，可以上网查，选择题+代码题，没算法)
  2. 一面：senior 前端，大约半小时（online interview）
  3. 二面：CTO ，大约半小时（online interview）

团队角色

  1. 负责公司平台产品的基础架构的设计与实现；
  2. 优化Web前端性能，研究前端新技术；
  3. 开发、扩展前端代码框架，创造出极致的用户体验；
  4. 探索新型高效前端开发模式；

关于你**

  1. 大学本科及以上相关计算机专业毕业；
  2. 2年以上 Node.js, Vue, React和Typescript 经验；
  3. 熟悉 web3.js, GraphQL；
  4. 了解并热爱UX最佳实践，优雅的设计，Delightful animation等；
  5. 优秀的英语书面交流能力；

    面试：1轮笔试，2轮技术面
  • What will you be working on?
    • Develop web products that support digital asset trading.
    • Participate in building up innovative tools to enrich the ecosystem of our products.
    • Optimize the process of development, performance and user experience continuously.
  • Who will you be working with?
    • Maintain close collaboration with UI designer, product manager, and backend team to produce products of high quality.
  • What challenges will you face?
    • We’re looking for a React Developer who has been involved in blockchain projects. This is a full-time remote position (possibility to work remotely as fully as partially). We are seeking a determined and creative developer who is passionate about changing the world through technology, someone who will join a team responsible for implementation of various solutions in the Blockchain and Dapp domains where reliability and efficiency of software is crucial.
