面试：

  1. 1.5~2 hrs online test (开放题，可以上网查，没算法)

  1. 大学本科及以上相关计算机专业毕业；
  2. 2年以上 Node.js, Vue, React和Typescript 经验；
  3. 熟悉 web3.js, GraphQL；
  4. 了解并热爱UX最佳实践，优雅的设计，Delightful animation等；

  5. 优秀的英语书面交流能力；

  6. 参与产品需求分析，制定测试策略、方案及计划，设计测试用例，缺陷跟踪，风险评估，推进问题及时解决，保证项目测试进度和质量。

  7. 准确描述bug产生，协助开发重现bug，推动bug解决。
  8. 使用或开发测试工具，进行弱网、并发测试、性能测试。
  9. 项目上线后对线上数据进行跟踪和复盘，进行质量分析、总结。

关于你

  1. 大学本科以上学历，计算机、电子相关专业。
  2. 2年以上测试相关经验，有区块链行业经验者优先 。
  3. 至少熟练掌握一种接口测试工具，如Postman、Jmeter、Fiddler、Charles等。
  4. 熟悉至少一种主流数据库，如MySQL、MongoDB、Redis等。

  5. 熟练掌握测试理论、流程和方法，熟悉敏捷项目流程。

    What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  6. Work closely with product and other members of the engineering team to rapidly deliver critical product and business needs using Golang

  7. Articulate a long term technical direction and vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems, infrastructure, and smart contracts

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  1. 3+ year’s experience in backend web application development
  2. Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Golang (preferred), Typescript or Python, including object-oriented design
  3. Experience with database and caching systems, including GraphQL, MySQL, Redis
  4. Knowledge of professional engineering practices and best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, CI/CD, unit/integration testing, and operations
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  6. Ability to promote robust and maintainable code with clear documentation, and can deliver high quality work on tight schedules
  7. Experience in maintaining production services
  8. Independently driven, constantly learning, always improving

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols
  2. Experience in testing and deploying EVM smart contracts
  3. Experience in AWS cloud technologies (SQS, RDS, EKS, etc)
  4. Experience in container based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
  5. Experience designing and building loosely coupled gRPC-based microservices all while continuing to securely and reliably handling large traffic with millisecond latency
  6. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services
