把集群中的worker升级为master

切记万不得已不要做这样的操作，因为有些资源对象可能是绑定在指定worker节点的，而当指定worker节点升级为了master的时候，worker也就不存在了，会导致一些无法调度的情况出现，我就遇到了。

先把worker节点删除

删除节点

再升级为master

添加新节点

我把node01和02弄成master了 node节点名字不能随便改，我担心出错，就没搞。
