To Initiate a Golff Community Governance Proposal need 4 steps:
- Initiate the proposal
- Publish and optimize the proposal
- Vote for the proposal
- Execute and supervise the proposal
Initiate the proposal

Purpose: Find the problems of the Golff that could be optimized. Find solutions to help the project have a better development.
Implementation method: Find the problems of the Golff that could be optimized during community discussions, and trying to find solutions, then initiate the proposal. In the early stage, proposal are encouraged to dissicused in community.
Vote for the proposal
Purpose: The approved proposal will be voted in the community, so that the final approved proposal can represent most GOF holders’ idea.**
Implementation method: The developer will initiate a voting on the snapshot for published proposals, and the main content of the proposal must be consistent with the published one. The developers will also synchronize the snapshot voting page of the proposal with the Vote section of the Golff product website to increase the exposure and participation.
The approved proposal:
A proposal must meet all the following conditions to pass a vote:
a. The proposal has been published48 hours
b. At least 24 voting hours
c. Over 300,000 GOF participated in the voting
d. The voting result is passed
b,c,d are the passing conditions for proposal to be published.
Execute and supervise the proposal **
Purpose: Proposals voted by the community need to be implemented by both of the Golff team and volunteer team. Community will be supervisor.
Implementation method: Proposals approved by the vote must be claimed by the group involved (development, strategy, product, community operation, content output) within 24 hours and start to execute. The specific execution process will be annuounced in Golff weekly project progress report.
