JDBC连接报错：描述：com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

解决方案：
查看MySQL数据库密码加密方式

root用户是：caching_sha2_password 则修改为 mysql_native_password
root用户是：mysql_native_password，则更换更高版本的连接驱动jar包（ 5..的版本会有这个问题，换成8..就解决了。6 7 版本没试过）
