1. Principle

  • Arise will provide brands who needs TP Requests;
  • Meanwhile TP can also provide his own brands leads to platform and directly offer TP service;
  • Only after TP get confirmed brand pitch owner list (by co-pitch or only pitch by TP) from Arise TP team, can TP start NDA process with target brand list before sharing Arise commercial deck

    2. NDA Sign Guidance

  1. TP let brands to use this template , please download below AE NDA Template - Arise (Hk law) (edit locked).docx

  2. Brands fill in the necessary information

  • First page: company name, place of incorporation and registered address on the first page.
  • Last page: last page - fill in the signing entity, name of authoriszed signatory and date
  1. Authorised signatory of Brands to sign at the marked-up area

  1. TP collects and shares back batch by batch to Alibaba. Alibaba will arrange countersign internally and distribute the fully signed NDA thereafter.

3. Brand Pitch Process & Workflow

  1. Arise TP team organize TP training of Commerical BD deck (content cover Arise Value Proposition, Mall , Resource) and NDA guidance: Commercial Deck to TP.pptx

  2. Arise TP team provides 1k brands list to TP, TP need feedback “proposal of brands pitch “, brand shall be from international & premier, and TP already has business relationship within EU/China/South East Asia, fill in template and send to Jenny

  3. Jenny check internally with mall team, to confirm who is the final brand pitch owner :

  • Brand manager only
  • Co-pitch (Brand manager or ambassador +TP) ; or TP only

Senario 1: Brand manager only

  • After brand communicated with brands, identify TP request,
  • TP Team will nominate candiate TP to brands (organize TP pitch workshop depends on case)
  • Brand confirm to select which TP , and develop JBP with ARISE/Brand/TP

Senario 2: Co-pitch (Brand manager or ambassador +TP) ; or TP only

  • Jenny will build connection with brand team with dinggroup & below contact information

  • TP ask brand sign NDA, send back to ARSIE-Jenny
  • TP set 1st round meeting (if Co-pitch with brand manager), to confirm brand intention and onboarding forecast month, fill in template -brands onboard tracker (update status at weekly TP 1 on 1 Meeting)
  • Brand confirm TP collaboration
  • Arise seller onboarding team will help brand do onboarding process in Aug. and Sept. ~
