cargo-script 单文件运行 *.rs 文件，学习 Rust 时，运行单文件小脚本比较方便。

cargo-edit

cargo 缺少像 npm install --save react 这样直接把依赖写入 Cargo.toml 文件的功能。cargo-edit 提供了这样的功能。
