rlpdump的command的help
  1. Usage: /tmp/___cmd_rlpdump_test [-noascii] [-hex <data>] [filename]
  2.   -hex string
  3.         dump given hex data
  4.   -noascii
  5.         don't print ASCII strings readably
  6.   -single
  7.         print only the first element, discard the rest
  9. Dumps RLP data from the given file in readable form.
  10. If the filename is omitted, data is read from stdin.
