UX设计的定义

什么是用户体验（UX）？

The user experience is how a person, the user, feels about interacting with or experiencing a product.

UX designer 做什么？

UX designers help make technology easier to understand and more enjoyable to use.

好的用户体验有什么要素？

Four primary characteristics of good UX：the product needs to be usable, equitable, enjoyable, and useful.

好的用户体验对公司的影响？

A win-win for the user and the business；can play in improving their business, and that’s where you as a UX designer come in.

usable

If a product is usable, it means the design, structure, and purpose of the product is clear and easy to use.Is the design’s functionality easy to understand?

equitable

it means a design is helpful to people with diverse abilities and backgrounds.

enjoyable

it means the design delights the user；Are there aspects of the design that consider the user’s feelings?

useful

that means it solves user problems.

usable&useful

A product that is useful isn’t always usable. The same is true for the opposite. Does the design help the user achieve a specific goal?
The distinction between the two is that usability refers to the product working well and being easy to use, while usefulness refers directly to the ability to solve user problems.
