Throttle

点击菜单栏上的 “乌龟” 图标 ，可以开启与关闭网络弱网设置

Throttle Settings

1、点击菜单栏Proxy -> Throttle Settings，在弹出的对话框中，勾选 “Enable Throttling”，根据需要设定 Throttle preset 的值

2、在对话框中，勾选 “Only for selected hosts”，可以添加需要监控的协议、服务器地址和端口号：

3、如果想要设定上行下行网速，可以不设置 Throttle preset，直接输入 Bandwidth(kbps) 的值：
