7.3.6 SOAP错误消息

如果组播包出现错误，设备和客户端应该默默的丢弃，忽略该请求。

不建议发送错误响应，因为可能出现许多设备对同一个请求均发送错误响应而导致数据包风暴。为了完整起见，单播数据包的错误处理在下面描述。
